Requisitos:
Telecom Networks is a Multilingual Contact Center and our ongoing pursuit for excellence in services is grounded in our human resources. Our mission is to provide first level Contact Center services by complying with the highest international quality standards and providing customized and flexible solutions according to the needs and objectives of each company we work with.

You are a People's person and you are committed to service results.
You have Call Center experience with tickets, CRM or ERP softwares (desirable).
You have advance or native English communication and written skills (mandatory).
You have computer skills.
You live or studt near downtown Montevideo (desirable).

 
Actividades a realizar:
We are seeking for energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as Onsite Contact Center Agents becoming part of our CALA team. The successful candidates will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls and/or mails or chats, using company policies to solve customer issues.

Our Contact Center Representatives are often the first point of contact for customers- services issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
